From enquiry to delivery.
Every order follows four steps. Processing applies only to annatto and to wood chips from our own unit.

We confirm the product, specification, quantity, destination and timeline with you.
02Coordinate
We check the requirement against available sources and supply options. Not every request can be met, and we tell you when that is the case.

Where a product needs it, we arrange processing, aggregation or preparation.
